1. Acceptance of Terms

All services are subject to separate written agreements.

3. Quotes & Contracts

• All proposals are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

• Work begins only after written approval and deposit payment.

• A separate service agreement governs each project.

4. Payments & Deposits

• A deposit is required before project commencement.

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

• If the client cancels before work begins, a refund may be issued.

• If work has started, we reserve the right to deduct compensation for time and expenses incurred.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Deliver content on time

• Approve deliverables promptly

• Not use websites for illegal activities

Failure to cooperate may result in delays without liability to us.

6. Intellectual Property

Before Full Payment:

All materials remain property of Wefix404 Web Agency.

After Full Payment:

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, except:

• Third-party tools

• Licensed plugins

• Frameworks

• Pre-existing proprietary methods

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• We are not responsible for:

  • Website downtime

  • Hosting provider failures

  • Cyberattacks

  • Third-party software issues

  • Loss of revenue or profits

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wefix404 Web Agency from any claims arising from:

• Content provided by the client

• Copyright infringement

• Illegal use of the website

• Regulatory violations

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments are overdue

• Client breaches agreement

• Illegal activity is detected

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

Manitoba, Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manitoba.
