Who we are
WeFix404 is a business based in Saint-Boniface, Manitoba, Canada, working with businesses across Canada. We are responsible for the information described here.
What we collect
When you send the contact form: the details you enter in it, such as your name, your business name, your email and/or phone number, the service you're interested in and your message.
When you visit the site: like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you, set up the call you asked for, and discuss our services with you. We don't add you to a mailing list and we never sell your information.
Where it goes
The contact form is provided by HubSpot, a customer relationship management (CRM) service. What you send is stored in our HubSpot account, on HubSpot's servers in the United States, under HubSpot's privacy policy. Our website is served by Cloudflare's global network and our mailbox is hosted by LWS, so your information may be stored or processed outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep your message as long as we need it to respond to you and, if you become a client, to manage our work together. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies. The HubSpot contact form may set cookies needed to run the form and link your submission to your request.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by writing to contact@wefix404.com. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
